The "Biggest Fans" category is open to the public and you can vote for Twitter using the hashtag #EMABiggestFansKatyPerry. The category "Best Video" is judged by critics, however, it is not open for popular vote. The awards take place at the Wembley Arena, UK on November 12 and will be broadcast live on MTV from your country.
